There’s been a lot of talk about ready-made Pumpkin Spice Latte—and pumpkin recipes, in general–lately. Maybe it’s the forecasts of harsh winters that have everyone jumping on the pumpkin bandwagon so early this year. (In fact, some western states in the U.S. and parts of Canada have had snow already!) But if you’d like to make your own delicious version of this seasonal pumpkin favorite and know exactly what goes in it (and that it’s gluten free!) as well as help your budget a bit, this CrockPot Pumpkin Spice Latte from Stephanie of A Year of Slow Cooking is a wonderful choice!
Have you ever made Slow Cooker Fudge? I’d wager that most of you have not and I have not tried that method of making fudge either, but Stephanie of A Year of Slow Cooking is always educating us on what can be made in a slow cooker. Deliciously educating us, I should say. As she does with this Slow Cooker Fudge!
Tomorrow is National Peanut Cluster Day. Yes, there’s a food holiday for everything! But don’t scoff … these holidays can be great justification for indulging in a particular treat that’s been calling your name. Or remembering a special treat that will perk everyone in the house up a bit! I’ve always loved Chocolate-Covered Peanut Clusters. I’m being a redundant here as I don’t know of any peanut clusters that are not chocolate covered (thinks like peanut brittle don’t count), but the chocolate part is really important, right? Yeah, I thought so, too!
