Sarah says that the gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free cookies that form the base of this creative dessert taste like graham crackers, but are soft and chewy. Topped with chocolate and a marshmallow half and then broiled, these cookies filled her need for classic S’mores. “Need” was mentioned in regard to her husband, too.
