Slow Cooker Fudge from A Year of Slow Cooking

Have you ever made Slow Cooker Fudge? I’d wager that most of you have not and I have not tried that method of making fudge either, but Stephanie of A Year of Slow Cooking is always educating us on what can be made in a slow cooker. Deliciously educating us, I should say. As she does with this Slow Cooker Fudge!

This fudge is made from four ingredients—and they’re ones that many of us keep in our pantry:  chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Steph points out that “Because the mixture doesn’t need to get boiled to a candy-making boiling point, this is a great recipe for kids.” And she adds “Long Live Fudge!!” Long Live Fudge indeed!
