Pumpkin, oh how I love thee! Add thee to a donut topped with a glaze of maple syrup, powdered sugar, and pecans and I’m over the harvest moon! Those donuts look really fantastic, don’t they? According to creator Alta of Tasty Eats At Home, they not only qualify for the “yum department,” they also are a healthier choice because they contain quinoa flour, which is packed with protein and fiber. Incidentally, this donut recipe finally inspired me to order a donut pan, something I’ve been postponing for quite some time. I’m sure you understand my decision.
