My friend Jules Shepard is now sharing info and recipes from her new site, GF Jules. If you haven’t heard, she’s dealing with some challenges in being able to continue to serve the gluten-free community right now. She’ll get past those though and continue providing her much loved gluten-free products in addition to her recipes, both of which so many count on. So her latest dessert creation, the first recipe that she’s shared on her new site, is an example of Jules following the proverbial advice, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” Except she did one better … she made lemonade cake. Pink Lemonade Cake.
Pink is Jules’ color! So it’s fitting that her lemonade cake has beautiful pink filling (which by the way makes it perfect for a shower to welcome a baby girl). And as Jules shares, she’s “giving you FOUR recipes in one: Cake, Lemon Garnish, Strawberry Jam and Lemon Buttercream Frosting!”
