Lydia’s uncharacteristic spring cleaning over at The Perfect Pantry led to inspiration from an old recipe clipping. This naturally gluten-free Mango and Raspberry Crisp—perfectly portioned for two—was the delightful result! Lydia’s idea to add a slightly buttery and somewhat sweet almond topping added just the right amount of crunchy and festive “panache,” if you will. While Lydia’s recipe calls for a small amount of butter, non-dairy “butter” could easily be substituted to make this crisp dairy free as well.
