For three years, Nancy of The Sensitive Pantry eyed a special treat that only appears in the stores in the NY Metropolitan area during the holiday season. Finally, she made her “own Mallomars. Or, Whippets (Canada) or Schokokuss (Germany).” Of course, she had to add her own special touch. All of us who like to get creative in the kitchen do that, right? In this case, Nancy uses a white wine syrup in the making of the marshmallow portion of this dessert. These gorgeous treats are made up of a few components and do require several steps, but I think you’ll agree that they are most definitely worth it!
