Snowman Meringue Cookies from Celiac Family

Every holiday or special day, Heather of Celiac Family pulls out her “piping bags” (also known as pastry or decorator bags) and gets creative with her meringue cookie recipe. (You might remember her Halloween Meringue Ghost Cookies.) For Christmas and the winter season, Heather creates Christmas trees and snowmen. She uses various candies—like Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips—to complete the proper effect.

Christmas Trees from Celiac Family

These cookies are so cute and there’s really no wrong way to make them. Use your favorite cacao nibs (instead of chocolate chips), cut-up gum drops, colored sprinkles of choice, or whatever you think makes your Christmas trees and snowmen look best!

  1. Thanks, Shirley. I like the idea of using gum drops!

    • My pleasure, Heather! Your meringue cookies are simply the best. :-) I think the sky’s the limit as far as what you can use to decorating these meringue cookies! ;-)
