Chocolate Cake from The Gluten-Free Homemaker

There’s always room on the dessert table for a good chocolate cake! And this recipe from Linda of The Gluten-Free Homemaker is clearly a good chocolate cake. She says that it’s moist and delicious—thanks to a “secret” ingredient!—and makes a great birthday cake.

Linda adds that the recipe can be made as a single layer (as shown), a two-layer cake, in a rectangular pan, or it can be used to make cupcakes. So many ways to enjoy this chocolate goodness!

Get Linda’s Chocolate Cake recipe over at The Gluten-Free Homemaker. Be sure to check out her ebook, How to Be Gluten Free, as well. It’s a terrific resource whether you’re  a gluten free “newbie” or “veteran.”

  1. Thanks for sharing my chocolate cake, Shirley. It was one of the first recipes I shared on my blog because everyone needs a good chocolate cake recipe. :)

    • Hi Linda–Sharing this chocolate cake is my pleasure, of course. Although this might have been one of your early recipes, it’s clearly a great one! It’s getting lots of sharing love and I’m betting lots of folks are making it or planning to make it soon. :-)
