Gluten-Free Cake Pops from The Baking Beauties

I’ve seen a lot of Cake Pops on the interwebs over the last few years, but I think these Gluten-Free Cake Pops from Jeanine at The Baking Beauties (wait for it) “take the cake.” Okay, you knew I was going to say that. Seriously, though, isn’t Jeanine’s presentation of these cake pops stunning? She made these particular cake pops to celebrate the last day of school and start of summer. I think they are perfect for that!

If you’re not familiar with cake pops, they are a combination of cake and frosting formed into a ball, stuck on a stick, dipped into melted chocolate, and decorated as desired. Jeanine tells you exactly what you need to make cake pops and she offers helpful tips along the way (like “don’t taste test too much of your frosting, you need the whole thing.”).

Take note that Jeanine’s new cookbook, The Everything Guide to Living Gluten-Free, will not be out until spring, but you can pre-order it through Amazon here.
