This Banana Split Brownie Pizza from Simply Living Healthy sure would be fun to make. And eat! I really can’t think of any occasion for which this dessert wouldn’t be appropriate. A sleepover, baby shower, birthday party, sports gala (after playing or while watching) … you name the event and I think this pizza would work for it. I’d even leave room at the top of the cooler to take this treat on a camping trip!
Despite the “fancy finish” of this pizza, it’s easy to make. Andrea uses ready-made brownie mix (or you can use your own homemade mix), cream cheese, pineapple, sweetener (your choice), bananas, nuts, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. I think you could even skip those last two ingredients and still be very satisfied with a piece of this pizza. What do you think?
